Josie and Paul are very communicative and thoughtful! We had to cancel our initial trip to Maui and rebook a year later, and they were super understanding and accommodating. We rented a Toyota Corolla for nearly 3 weeks. It had cold A/C the entire time, was cleaned impeccably, and had excellent tread on the tires (which helps ease your mind when driving in rain after a long sunny stretch or on narrow roads when passing other vehicles and needing to get closer to the edge of the pavement than can be comfortable). The car was SO cheap on gas!! We drove a fair bit to upcountry, and we only filled the tank every 4-5 days max. Their process for dropping the car off at the airport for you upon arrival is seamless, and they give you clear instructions on how to drop it off at the airport when you leave. They really have the entire process mastered!! Family members of mine own a condo on Maui, and nearly our entire family rents from Maui Cruisers every time we come, now that we know about them.
